Course Content
This is a 7 day course for 1 hour a day.
You will use hypnosis to first reconnect with your body-mind, thank it, and then start a healing process by communicating with your unconscious. This is a tool that will stay with you for life and once learnt, it can be used for body aches and pains and to restore natural balance in the body.

About Me

I've been doing Osho meditations for the past few years and at the start of 2008, I spent 3 months in India in the Osho International Meditation Resort. It was there that I did the training to become a facilitator of the Body-Mind Balancing course. This meditation course is also known as, Reminding Yourself of the Forgotten Language of Talking to Your BodyMind.
I was very touched by this gentle and powerful meditation and have found it of great use in my everyday life.
It really is such a beautiful thing for us to come back to our bodies and know that they are always working for us.
